JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Build and execute brand development content

• Build and execute content in all branding activities to promote the company brand via online and offline channels
• Ideation and scripting of video content
• Cooperate with other departments and any third parties to build content for branding activities

2. Manage content on all public channels

• Control content & information on public channels to maintain the company brand
• Handle & interact with followers on social channels
• Manage content on the careers website

3. Research, capture, and update information about industry, trends

• Capture and update industry insight, content trends, or relevant information to enhance the company's content
• Make reports as requested by Line Manager

MUST HAVE

• Graduated degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Content Management, with hands-on experience in Performance Content, Marketing Content, and Social Media Management
• Knowledge in optimizing content in all social media channels.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Skill in initiating video content 

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in the IT/tech industry.
• Be creative and think out of the box to identify different initiatives that could improve user experience and maximize user activation.
