Communications Executive

1. Organize and execute brand and communications campaigns.

• Assist Communications Manager to plan internal and external branding and communications campaigns in line with the strategic and operational requirements.
• Execute and monitor branding and communications campaigns, internal and external events to promote the company brand via online and offline channels.
• Manage internal communications projects alongside with stakeholders. Plan and organize regular events which encourage  two-way dialogue between management and employees, as well as colleagues in differences team to encourage knowledge sharings, engagement and interaction on social media.
• Create engagement initiatives to meet company objectives and direction.

2. Manage internal and external communications

• Control information in communication channels to maintain the company brand.
• Handle crisis in internal and external communication channels.
• Establish measurement standard provide meaningful information that will guide continual improvement and further increase employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.

3. Execute recruitment marketing campaigns

• Support to plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote opening jobs to appropriate candidates.
• Monitor and control campaign execution on metrics, materials, internal and external stakeholders to achieve the campaigns objectives.

 

MUST HAVE

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record in event organization and project management.
• Strong branding and communications skills, both in verbal and written, detail-oriented communicator who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments
• Be capable of creativity, design thinking.
• Ability to priorities and manage own workload effectively but also be flexible and adapt/ respond to emerging issues, short deadline and other urgent tasks.
• Bachelor Degree (Marketing, PR, Social Sciences, International Relations, Project Management are preferable).
• English skill is working efficiency.

• Experience to write script and film video clip
