Qua việc truy cập và sử dụng bất kỳ phần nào của trang web, quý khách được xem như đã chấp nhận các ràng buộc về mặt pháp lý theo các điều khoản của Chính sách này mà không có bất kỳ giới hạn hay ngoại lệ nào. Nếu quý khách không đồng ý với các điều khoản này, vui lòng ngừng truy cập và sử dụng trang web. Bất kỳ lần truy cập hoặc sử dụng nào tiếp theo, dù ở thời điểm hiện tại hay trong tương lai, đều được hiểu là sự chấp thuận của quý khách đối với các điều khoản được quy định trong Chính sách này.

Saigon Technology tin tưởng vào sự minh bạch trong mọi hoạt động của mình. Vì vậy, chúng tôi cung cấp Chính sách bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân và quyền riêng tư này nhằm giải thích rõ cách thức chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ, bảo vệ và xử lý thông tin của quý khách khi tương tác với trang web và các dịch vụ của chúng tôi.

Các thuật ngữ và điều khoản được sử dụng trong Chính sách này được giải thích và áp dụng theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam, đồng thời tham chiếu và tuân thủ các nguyên tắc bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân và quyền riêng tư được công nhận trên phạm vi quốc tế.

Saigon Technology có thể sửa đổi, bổ sung hoặc cập nhật Chính sách này theo từng thời điểm bằng cách đăng tải phiên bản mới trên trang web. Bạn nên thường xuyên kiểm tra nội dung Chính sách để nắm bắt các thay đổi và bảo đảm rằng mình hiểu cũng như đồng ý với các điều khoản được cập nhật. Chính sách này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày 04 tháng 6 năm 2026.

Nếu bạn chỉ xem lướt qua trang web hoặc sử dụng chức năng tìm kiếm, chúng tôi sẽ không thu thập các thông tin cho phép nhận dạng trực tiếp danh tính của bạn. Thông qua việc cung cấp dữ liệu cá nhân cho chúng tôi, dù trực tiếp trên website hay thông qua các kênh liên hệ được dẫn chiếu từ website, bạn đồng ý cho Saigon Technology thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân đó theo quy định tại Chính sách này và theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành.

Nếu bạn cung cấp hoặc thay mặt một cá nhân khác cung cấp dữ liệu cá nhân cho chúng tôi, bạn cam kết rằng đã được cá nhân đó cho phép và đã có đầy đủ quyền, sự đồng ý cần thiết để tiết lộ dữ liệu cho Saigon Technology, đồng thời bảo đảm các thông tin được cung cấp là đầy đủ, chính xác và hợp pháp.

Chính sách này áp dụng đối với các cá nhân tương tác với Saigon Technology thông qua website, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở người truy cập website, ứng viên tuyển dụng, khách hàng, đối tác, nhà cung cấp hoặc các cá nhân khác chủ động cung cấp thông tin cho chúng tôi thông qua các biểu mẫu hoặc kênh liên hệ trên website.

Trong trường hợp cần thiết cho mục đích tuyển dụng, ký kết hợp đồng, cung cấp dịch vụ hoặc thực hiện nghĩa vụ pháp lý, Saigon Technology có thể thu thập và xử lý các dữ liệu cá nhân khác theo quy định của pháp luật và trên cơ sở đã thông báo phù hợp cho chủ thể dữ liệu.

Chúng tôi có thể thu thập, sử dụng và lưu trữ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho các mục đích sau:

• Đáp ứng các yêu cầu, phản hồi, câu hỏi hoặc đề nghị được gửi đến chúng tôi thông qua website;
• Tiếp nhận và xử lý hồ sơ ứng tuyển cho các vị trí tuyển dụng hiện tại hoặc các cơ hội nghề nghiệp trong tương lai;
• Cung cấp thông tin về dịch vụ, sự kiện, chương trình hoặc các nội dung khác mà bạn yêu cầu hoặc có thể quan tâm;
• Để liên hệ bạn khi có bất kỳ các phản hồi hay yêu cầu có liên quan;

• Thực hiện các mục đích khác mà bạn đã đồng ý hoặc được pháp luật cho phép.

Chúng tôi có thể tiết lộ hoặc chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn với các đối tác, nhà cung cấp dịch vụ và các tổ chức liên quan đã được chúng tôi thuê hoặc ủy quyền để hỗ trợ việc vận hành, bảo trì website, lưu trữ dữ liệu, quản lý hệ thống công nghệ thông tin, cung cấp dịch vụ tuyển dụng hoặc các dịch vụ khác liên quan đến hoạt động của website và hoạt động kinh doanh của Saigon Technology. Các bên này chỉ được phép xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân trong phạm vi cần thiết để thực hiện nghĩa vụ cho Saigon Technology và phải tuân thủ các nghĩa vụ bảo mật theo quy định pháp luật và thỏa thuận với chúng tôi.

Trong một số trường hợp cần thiết để vận hành website, lưu trữ dữ liệu, cung cấp dịch vụ hoặc sử dụng các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ công nghệ thông tin, dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn có thể được chuyển giao, lưu trữ hoặc xử lý trên các hệ thống hoặc trung tâm dữ liệu đặt ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam. Trong các trường hợp đó, Saigon Technology sẽ áp dụng các biện pháp bảo mật phù hợp và thực hiện các nghĩa vụ theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành nhằm bảo đảm quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của chủ thể dữ liệu trong quá trình chuyển dữ liệu cá nhân xuyên biên giới.

Ngoài ra, trong trường hợp Saigon Technology thực hiện tái cấu trúc, sáp nhập, hợp nhất, mua bán, chuyển nhượng hoặc chuyển giao toàn bộ hoặc một phần hoạt động kinh doanh, dữ liệu cá nhân có thể được chuyển giao cho tổ chức hoặc bên nhận chuyển giao có liên quan theo quy định của pháp luật. Trong mọi trường hợp, Saigon Technology sẽ yêu cầu bên nhận chuyển giao tiếp tục áp dụng các biện pháp bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân phù hợp và xử lý dữ liệu theo các nghĩa vụ bảo mật được pháp luật quy định.

Chúng tôi cũng có thể tiết lộ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn khi việc tiết lộ đó là cần thiết để tuân thủ quy định của pháp luật, yêu cầu của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền, quyết định của Tòa án hoặc các thủ tục tố tụng hợp pháp khác.

Saigon Technology không bán, cho thuê hoặc trao đổi dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào vì mục đích thương mại.

Mặc dù Saigon Technology nỗ lực áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức phù hợp để bảo vệ dữ liệu và các giao dịch được thực hiện thông qua website, chúng tôi không thể bảo đảm tuyệt đối tính bảo mật, tính toàn vẹn, tính xác thực hoặc khả năng hoạt động liên tục của các phương thức truyền tải dữ liệu qua Internet sẽ luôn an toàn và không bị can thiệp bởi bên thứ ba ngoài tầm kiểm soát của chúng tôi. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Saigon Technology không chịu trách nhiệm đối với các rủi ro, tổn thất hoặc thiệt hại phát sinh từ các sự cố nằm ngoài khả năng kiểm soát hợp lý của mình. Vì vậy, bạn nên chủ động thực hiện các biện pháp cần thiết để bảo vệ thiết bị, tài khoản, phần mềm và thông tin cá nhân của mình khi sử dụng Internet để tương tác với chúng tôi qua website.

Trong trường hợp xảy ra sự cố an toàn thông tin hoặc vi phạm dữ liệu cá nhân có khả năng ảnh hưởng đến quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của chủ thể dữ liệu, Saigon Technology sẽ thực hiện các biện pháp xử lý phù hợp nhằm ngăn chặn, khắc phục và giảm thiểu tác động của sự cố, đồng thời thông báo cho cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền và/hoặc chủ thể dữ liệu theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành.

Nếu bạn muốn thực hiện yêu cầu truy cập để sao chép dữ liệu cá nhân mà chúng tôi đã được bạn cung cấp hoặc thông tin về cách thức mà chúng tôi sử dụng cũng như bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân; hoặc thay đổi hoặc dừng xử lý, xóa bỏ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn; hay điều chỉnh các dữ liệu cá nhân không chính xác, không đầy đủ, thông tin bị sai lệch hoặc không được cập nhật của bạn, thì bạn vui lòng gửi yêu cầu cho chúng tôi đến địa chỉ email công ty.

Ngoài các quyền nêu trên, chủ thể dữ liệu còn có thể có các quyền khác theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành, bao gồm quyền được biết, quyền đồng ý, quyền rút lại sự đồng ý, quyền phản đối xử lý dữ liệu, quyền hạn chế xử lý dữ liệu, quyền yêu cầu cung cấp dữ liệu, quyền khiếu nại, quyền khởi kiện và quyền yêu cầu bồi thường thiệt hại theo quy định của pháp luật.

Để bảo đảm quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của chủ thể dữ liệu, Saigon Technology có thể yêu cầu xác minh danh tính hoặc cung cấp các thông tin cần thiết trước khi thực hiện các yêu cầu liên quan đến dữ liệu cá nhân.

Chủ thể dữ liệu có trách nhiệm cung cấp các thông tin đầy đủ, chính xác và cập nhật khi làm việc với Saigon Technology cũng như khi thực hiện các yêu cầu liên quan đến dữ liệu cá nhân.

Chúng tôi sẽ phản hồi yêu cầu của bạn ngay khi có thể. Nếu chúng tôi không thể cung cấp cho bạn bất kỳ thông tin dữ liệu cá nhân nào hoặc không đáp ứng được yêu cầu thực hiện quyền của chủ thể thì chúng tôi sẽ thông báo đến bạn những lý do tại sao chúng tôi không thể thực hiện được yêu cầu đó.

Việc xóa dữ liệu sẽ không áp dụng khi có đề nghị của bạn trong các trường hợp được phép xử lý dữ liệu mà không cần sự đồng ý của chủ thể dữ liệu:

• Để bảo vệ tính mạng, sức khỏe, danh dự, nhân phẩm, quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của chủ thể dữ liệu cá nhân hoặc người khác trong trường hợp cấp bách; bảo vệ quyền hoặc lợi ích chính đáng của mình, của người khác hoặc lợi ích của Nhà nước, của cơ quan tổ chức một cách cần thiết trước hành vi xâm phạm lợi ích nói trên. Bên kiểm soát dữ liệu cá nhân, bên xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân, bên kiểm soát và xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân, bên thứ ba có trách nhiệm chứng minh trường hợp này;
• Để giải quyết tình trạng khẩn cấp; nguy cơ đe dọa an ninh quốc gia nhưng chưa đến mức ban bố tình trạng khẩn cấp; phòng, chống bạo loạn, khủng bố, phòng, chống tội phạm và vi phạm pháp luật;
• Phục vụ hoạt động của cơ quan nhà nước, hoạt động quản lý nhà nước theo quy định của pháp luật;
• Thực hiện thỏa thuận của chủ thể dữ liệu cá nhân với cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân có liên quan theo quy định của pháp luật;
• Trường hợp khác theo quy định của pháp luật.

Hoặc không tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy tắc theo quy định của pháp luật, gồm:

• Thực hiện theo quy định của pháp luật; tuân thủ nghĩa vụ của chủ thể dữ liệu cá nhân theo hợp đồng. Việc thực hiện quyền và nghĩa vụ của chủ thể dữ liệu cá nhân phải nhằm mục đích bảo vệ quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của chính chủ thể dữ liệu cá nhân đó;
• Không được gây khó khăn, cản trở việc thực hiện quyền, nghĩa vụ pháp lý của bên kiểm soát dữ liệu cá nhân, bên kiểm soát và xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân, bên xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân;
• Không được xâm phạm đến quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của Nhà nước, cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân khác.

Sự đồng ý mà bạn cung cấp cho việc thu thập, sử dụng và lưu trữ dữ liệu cá nhân vẫn sẽ có giá trị ngay tại thời điểm mà bạn rút lại sự chấp thuận đó bằng văn bản. Bạn có thể rút lại sự chấp thuận và yêu cầu chúng tôi ngừng sử dụng hoặc lưu trữ dữ liệu cá nhân cho bất kỳ mục đích nào đã được liệt kê ở trên bằng việc gửi yêu cầu cho chúng tôi bằng văn bản (sử dụng Biểu mẫu) qua địa chỉ email hoặc trụ sở Saigon Technology.

Khi nhận được văn bản yêu cầu rút lại sự chấp thuận, chúng tôi sẽ đề xuất thời gian thích hợp (tùy thuộc vào sự phức tạp của yêu cầu và các ảnh hưởng của nó đối với mối quan hệ giữa chúng tôi và bạn) để xử lý/thực hiện các yêu cầu của bạn và chúng tôi sẽ thông báo đến bạn những hệ quả khi chúng tôi tiến hành xử lý/thực hiện yêu cầu này, bao gồm bất cứ hệ quả về mặt pháp lý nào mà có thể ảnh hưởng đến quyền và trách nhiệm của bạn và chúng tôi.

Saigon Technology sẽ xử lý yêu cầu rút lại sự chấp thuận trong thời hạn theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành và sẽ thông báo cho chủ thể dữ liệu về các ảnh hưởng hoặc hậu quả có thể phát sinh trước khi thực hiện yêu cầu, nếu có.

Trong khi chúng tôi tôn trọng quyết định rút lại sự chấp thuận của bạn thì bạn vui lòng lưu ý rằng tùy thuộc vào tính chất và phạm vi của yêu cầu mà chúng tôi có thể ngừng các mối quan hệ với bạn, bạn có thể phải chịu những thiệt hại phát sinh liên quan, trừ trường hợp pháp luật có quy định khác. Đối với những trường hợp như vậy, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo đến bạn trước khi tiến hành thực hiện yêu cầu. Bạn vui lòng cân nhắc kỹ trước khi thực hiện yêu cầu này.

Vui lòng lưu ý rằng việc rút lại sự chấp thuận không ảnh hưởng đến tính hợp pháp của việc xử lý dữ liệu đã được đồng ý trước khi rút lại sự đồng ý và cũng không ảnh hưởng đến việc chúng tôi tiếp tục thu thập, sử dụng và lưu trữ dữ liệu cá nhân trong trường hợp việc thu thập, sử dụng và lưu trữ dữ liệu cá nhân không cần sự chấp thuận của chủ thể theo yêu cầu pháp luật hiện hành quy định.

Chúng tôi sẽ lưu trữ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn đến khi dữ liệu này vẫn cần thiết để phục vụ cho mục đích mà dữ liệu đó được thu thập, hoặc được yêu cầu hay được cho phép theo luật.

Dữ liệu cá nhân có thể được lưu trữ tại hệ thống thông tin nội bộ của Saigon Technology, các địa điểm kinh doanh của Saigon Technology, hệ thống của các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ được Saigon Technology sử dụng và các trung tâm dữ liệu hợp pháp đặt tại Việt Nam hoặc nước ngoài phù hợp với quy định của pháp luật hiện hành.

Chúng tôi sẽ ngừng lưu trữ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn hoặc xóa bỏ/khử nhận dạng, ngay khi có lý do phù hợp/chính đáng cho thấy rằng việc lưu giữ đó không còn phục vụ mục đích mà dữ liệu đó được thu thập và cũng không còn cần thiết cho các mục đích pháp lý hoặc kinh doanh nữa, hoặc khi bạn có yêu cầu hủy bỏ chính đáng và phù hợp với quy định của pháp luật.

Việc từ chối cung cấp hoặc cung cấp không đầy đủ, không chính xác dữ liệu cá nhân có thể ảnh hưởng đến khả năng cung cấp dịch vụ, xử lý yêu cầu, tiếp nhận hồ sơ ứng tuyển hoặc thiết lập, duy trì mối quan hệ giữa bạn và Saigon Technology. Trong một số trường hợp, việc không cung cấp dữ liệu cá nhân cần thiết có thể khiến chúng tôi không thể thực hiện hoặc hoàn thành các yêu cầu mà bạn đã gửi đến.

Nếu quý khách có bất kỳ vấn đề thắc mắc nào liên quan đến Chính sách bảo vệ dữ liệu và quyền riêng tư này hoặc nếu quý khách muốn đề nghị quyền truy cập, sửa đổi, hay giới hạn dữ liệu cá nhân, vui lòng gửi email các thắc mắc hoặc yêu cầu của quý khách đến các kênh liên lạc dưới đây:
