JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research, design, test, deploy & maintain high performance iOS applications which is used by customers & partners
- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
- Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Swift code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Maintain code quality, organisation and automation
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a iOS Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Strong knowledge of iOS development (We’re using Swift), different versions of iOS, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
- Strong knowledge of iOS UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch”
- Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as QR code scanning, and fingerprint authentication...
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Understanding of Apple design principles and interface guidelines
- Familiarity with continuous integration (we’re using Gitlab CI/CD pipeline)
