JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Build employee training and development programs
- Collect all the training demand from departments, analyze training needs of the company
- Participate in the development and proposal of training plans and budgets according to the annual plan (internal and external training program)
- Develop and maintain training materials system following ISO standard
2. Organize corporate training programs as scheduled
- Organize and implement training programs for managers and employees
- Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor
- Collating feedback and reporting results of training activities to Line Manager, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate
3. HR project & other assignments as and when required by the manager
- Implement the HR project as planned
- In charge of onboarding and soft skills training
- Participate other HR activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years experience in Talent Development role
- Good written and verbal English
- Excellence skills in using Microsoft office, Google Drive
