JOB DESCRIPTION
- Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy tailored to target international markets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Create and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Brand Management
- Strengthen the company’s brand presence across target international markets.
- Develop marketing content, including brochures, case studies, videos, and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Event Management
- Plan and manage the company’s participation in international trade shows, conferences, and virtual events.
- Coordinate promotional activities and networking opportunities at events.
- Team Management
- Monitor and control employees on working process, quality, communication to keep their output under scheduling or qualified
- Develop employees' capability via work instruction or training
- Motivate, recognize employees' contribution and maintain a good working environment in the department
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the software development or IT services industry.
- MUST be ready to travel abroad for business if required.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies for international markets especially US, EU and AU
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience managing marketing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
