Thanh Pham is a well-known leader in the information technology industry in Vietnam. He also serves as the CEO and founder of Saigon Technology. From his early days working for various local technology companies, he spotted in 2012, while working at the leading technology company Swiss IT Company, that Vietnam had a lot of potential and prospects for growth. Because of its vast human resources and support from the government, it has become a tech hub in Southeast Asia. 

He firmly believes that he and his fellow workers can provide efficient, high-quality software development services to startups and worldwide enterprises. For the same reasons, Saigon Technology was founded in July 2012 by him and three other co-founders to carry out their mission. Saigon Technology began with three workers and has grown to 400 employees in ten years. 

Thanh Pham is still working on responsibilities such as establishing the company's vision and mission; general strategic development; business development; and leading the company's direction regarding service offering and global expansion. He is constantly working to make Saigon Technology a premier technological business leading brand in Vietnam while reaffirming its position on three other continents. Saigon Technology is now establishing a presence in the United States, Australia, Switzerland, and Singapore to promote Vietnam's IT industry to the rest of the world. 

Thanh Pham graduated from Hong Bang International University in 2013 and studied Software Engineering at FPT Aptech Academy. Furthermore, he used to receive The Best Geek in The Hackday Competition.

Khoa Nguyen has been a part of the Saigon Technology team from its inception. He is well-versed in information technology, with a focus on software engineering. Khoa Nguyen used his abilities to join Saigon Technology in 2012 as a developer, then as a Project Manager and HR Manager, and finally as Chief Operating Officer, where he was in charge of reorganizing the company between 2015 and 2022. Khoa has also created new departments and developed operational plans for Saigon Technology along the way. 

For the time being, Khoa Nguyen, as Deputy Director of Saigon Technology, strives to increase the value of Vietnamese engineers in the global software development industry. In addition, Khoa Nguyen not only builds up the organizational structure to support the company's growth strategy, but he also optimizes operational processes. With his strong vision, Khoa Nguyen, as a leader of Saigon Technology, has helped the company achieve several accomplishments, including ISO9001 and ISO27001 certifications in 2020 and 2021.

Despite being a member of the BOD, Khoa Nguyen consistently provides a sense of intimacy, transparency, empowerment and inspiration to many employees. He is not only a visionary, providing the most efficient operating system for the company, but he is also a caring leader, always listening to the aspirations of employees, thereby making appropriate adjustments in the company's internal policies, providing people with numerous opportunities to develop themselves and their abilities at the workplace. 

Last but not least, he expects that for all company operations, the motto "Your Success Is Our Mission" would aid all employees in their professional routes.

Nhat Nguyen, Deputy Director of Project Management and Finance, played an enormously vital part in growing and developing Saigon Technology to where it is today.

Nhat Nguyen joined Saigon Technology in 2013 and thanks to his knowledge, logical thinking, and inherent aptitude, the financial system and project management processes have been consolidated and optimized for all the departments to work efficiently.

Along with his extensive industry experience, Nhat Nguyen was quickly identified as one of Saigon Technology's promising talents, as seen by each job he has held. Nhat Nguyen inspires and motivates all employees at Saigon Technology because of the career path from a developer to a Project Manager, Head of Project Management, and currently, Deputy Director of Project Management and Finance. With huge aims and vision, Nhat Nguyen has applied core values to bring the firm the highest achievements and working efficiency. 

Nhat Nguyen's exceptional ability is to spot defects in the working process and system and make changes as soon as possible. He is a person who is always willing to support the staff immediately when they are in trouble and is ready to offer advice and answer problems in a timely and effective manner.

Nhat Nguyen, a former software engineering student from FPT University, has accumulated extensive experience in the information technology business. Furthermore, Nhat Nguyen attended Furtwangen University in Germany as an exchange student. He acquired a lot of new things here, new facets of expertise outside of the information technology field. After returning to Vietnam, he worked as a Search Engine for a major large technology business in the country (2011-2014). Simultaneously, he was invited to join Saigon Technology in 2013 and started an incredible journey since then.

Liem Nguyen was one of the first people to lay the foundation for Saigon Technology, together with talented colleagues who aspired to affirm the name of Vietnamese software development services in the international outsourcing market. Liem Nguyen began working as a Scrum Master in 2013 then held the post of Project Coordinator/Manager from 2016 to 2022 and is currently, the Deputy Director cum SDC3 Manager.

Liem Nguyen has helped firms constantly flourish for many years by executing activities including managing information technology infrastructure and assuring organizational business continuity, maintaining and upgrading the ISO 9001 quality management system and the ISO 27001 information security management system, and orienting, building, and developing the SDC3.

Taking on many important responsibilities, especially deploying staffing service at SDC3, Liem always shows his passion and relentless dedication, together with employees to face and overcome all challenges.

In addition to his prominent role at Saigon Technology, Liem Nguyen has joined in a variety of social activities, including serving as co-founder of the non-profit organization "Flower Charity", which was founded in 2010, and accompanying Vietnam Resource Research and Development Institute as an Information Technology Manager from 2016 to 2022.

Thuan Phan started the journey with Saigon Technology in March 2017. During the time working here, Thuan Phan gained new abilities and experiences as he continued contributing to the organization, which helped him become a better employee, non-stop contributing to the success of the company while also improving himself. His working attitude is a win-win situation for all parties involved. More than pride, Thuan Phan was awarded Project Manager of the Year in 2020 and Project of the Year in 2021 for his advanced knowledge and leadership qualities.

Moreover, Thuan has long been regarded as one of the company's most important employees due to his active participation. Thuan constantly works professionally, directing his team in the best way possible to attain maximum efficiency.

Thuan Phan received his bachelor's degree in computer science from the Industrial University, Ho Chi Minh City. He has many years of expertise in software development and project management, primarily in financial projects.

Uyen Ha is one of the Saigon Technology staff who has been with the company the longest. She has been a member of the Saigon Technology team since January 2015. Uyen Ha is regarded as one of the most accomplished managers in human resources, having 14 years of expertise. After joining Saigon Technology as a Senior HR Executive, Uyen Ha earned the trust of her superiors and was convincingly promoted to the position of HR Manager. 

Throughout her work at Saigon Technology, Uyen Ha has been known for her tender, welcoming attitude and ability to unite employees. She is a responsible employee who prioritizes job efficiency and contributes to the company's long-term growth. 

Uyen Ha graduated from Houston Community College in the United States with a major in International Business and a wealth of professional skills and international culture to assist her in applying to the career path.

Thang Pham's journey of growth with Saigon Technology began in March 2019, leveraging his expertise in Information Technology and accumulating 13 years of experience in the field. Throughout his tenure, Thang has been involved in diverse projects, including healthcare systems, ERP, and an Education Management System. His clientele spans across countries such as Canada, the United States, Norway, and Vietnam, showcasing his ability to collaborate on an international level.

Thang's growth within Saigon Technology is noteworthy, progressing through various roles. He initially joined as a Senior Developer, demonstrating his technical prowess. Thang progressed from Team Leader to Technical Leader in a relatively short amount of time, and he now holds the position of SDC Manager.

Thang has achieved several awards during his time at Saigon Technology, reflecting his dedication and exceptional performance. He has earned an Expertise Award for acquiring certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate, Management for Middle Managers, and Chief Human Resources Officer. These certifications highlight Thang's commitment to professional development and expertise in his respective domains. Additionally, Thang has been recognized with the Performance Award as the Employee of the Quarter in 2019 and was honored as the Manager of the Year in 2021, further underscoring his exceptional contributions to the company.

One of Thang's significant accomplishments at Saigon Technology was the successful expansion of the .NET team. Under Thang's leadership, the team grew from 20 to over 50 members, indicating his ability to lead and build a successful and productive group.

Thanh Tran started working at Saigon Technology in June 2019. He currently works as SDC Manager (SDC2). Thanh Tran's career began as a Senior Software Engineer, and he quickly progressed to the position of Technical Leader. Thanh Tran, who has considerable experience in software development, is regarded as one of the elements responsible for many accomplishments for himself and the company as a whole. 

Before joining Saigon Technology, Thanh Tran held numerous critical positions at significant technological companies in Vietnam. He has had multiple opportunities to work with overseas clients and has extensive expertise in managing a large team of people. He has been promoted as a management team member with numerous outstanding achievements, including awards such as Staff of the Quarter in 2020 and Manager of the Year in 2021. 

Furthermore, Thanh Tran has received several certifications and recognition in the information technology industry, including Amazon Web Services, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certificate, Azure Developer Associate Certificate, Speaker at Scrum Breakfast Event, and third prize in Best Developer in Vietnam Competition.

Tri Hoang began working at Saigon Technology in November 2022. He has vast experience managing and operating large-scale information technology systems. 

Tri Hoang currently holds the IT Manager position and has earned his superiors' trust. With 8 years of expertise in managing large-scale enterprises' information technology infrastructure, Tri Hoang can assist the company in ensuring the IT system's stability, efficiency, safety and fulfill the expectations and demands of users.

Huyen joined Saigon Technology in June 2022 as a Communications Manager. And in just over a year, Huyen has laid a solid foundation for the communications strategy, enhanced the brand image in the IT market, and adjusted and created a lot of attractive internal communications activities for employees at Saigon Technology. Huyen has built up a Communications team with 5 members, and always inspires, guides and empowers them to deliver their tasks efficiently and grow up everyday with Saigon Technology as well. 

Thanks to the contribution of all Saigon Techies, the Communications department "brought home" the Great Place To Work certification (2022) and the Vietnam Best Workplaces award (2023) for Saigon Technology. Huyen has more than 10 years of experience in building corporate brands, developing marketing strategies and creating effective communication processes for businesses in the fields of Education, FMCG, F&B, IT, Finance, Banking, and Retail. Started with a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Ho Chi Minh City) and trained to become a diplomat/politician, but Huyen desired to be a Marketer and proved the abilities with all the passion and effort.

Nham Nguyen began working for Saigon Technology in May 2021. He had about 5 years of experience working in a Singapore company on internal quality control and management system operation, including quality and environmental for the manufacturing industry. In addition, he spent half a year working and learning how to operate the GMP management system of an Abbott group pharmaceutical firm. 

Beginning his adventure with Saigon Technology two years ago, when the firm's management structure was still fairly basic, Nham Nguyen discovered that there were many difficulties ahead for him to prove his abilities, as well as an opportunity for him to offer a lot of value to the company. Nham Nguyen graduated as an engineer in 2016 and began his job. He followed his career and honed his professional talents to create and implement management systems in a business following ISO standards until the day he joined Saigon Technology. The company's quality management system was established and is still being enhanced, as is its integration with the information security management system, which will continue in the future. 

Nham Nguyen always increased his knowledge by studying from his peers, taking professional courses, and putting it into practice. That is why, after only 6 months of working at Saigon Technology, Nham Nguyen was promoted to Manager, and he also got Manager of the Winter (2021) awards.

Lien Vo joined Saigon Technology in August 2016. Her major at the University of Economics and Law is Financial Accounting. Lien Vo has been working Finance and Accounting for 12 years. Remarkably, she progressed from Intermediate Accounting to Finance Manager with her knowledge and abilities.

In August of 2012, Phuc Tran began working at Saigon Technology. After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from FPT University, he was eager to put his knowledge and skills to use with a dynamic team. 

Phuc Tran's degree in computer software engineering laid the groundwork for his job at Saigon Technology. He was prepared to face the challenges that lay ahead, having studied programming languages such as Python and Java. He honed his talents in Python and Java over three years, becoming skilled in their application and development. 

His job as a Project Manager has been one of the highlights of his time with Saigon Technology.  The healthcare project stands out as one that needed thorough planning, coordination, and teamwork. His team successfully created a high-quality solution that addressed the client's needs by collaborating with a broad team of professionals. 

The projects in which Phuc Tran has been involved have had an intangible impact on clients and end-users, contributing to the organization's growth and success. Seeing the beneficial impacts that his team's solutions bring to the healthcare business has been extremely rewarding, confirming his desire to use technology to make a difference. 

Working with Saigon Technology for over ten years, Phuc Tran has received several awards in appreciation of his competence and devotion. The Performance Award for Project of the Year in 2022 was a testimonial to his team and his dedication to generating great results.

Toan Do began his career at Saigon Technology in December 2014. He has been with Saigon Technology for 9 years and is regarded as a long-term partner. His major at FPT University is Computer Software Engineering. 

Toan made a great deal of effort to advance his career while working at Saigon Technology. He began his career as an iOS Developer and currently serves as the Project Manager at Saigon Technology. 

Toan stated that in order to move management roles, he had to consistently enhance his management skills and other soft skills. His manager recognized him and provided him with numerous opportunities to establish himself as a Project Manager in June 2019. He has since managed numerous projects with worldwide clients in a variety of industries.

Ba Pham possesses a unique combination of technical and business skills, having graduated from the University of Science - VNUHCM (HCMUS) with a major in Computer Vision and CS. Ba Pham has an agile attitude and appreciates problem-solving with a flexible and adaptable approach. He has over 8 years of experience in a variety of areas and projects, working with clients from various industries and countries to be a valuable asset to any team or firm with whom he has worked.

Ba Pham joined Saigon Technology in January 2019, and it has been a rewarding journey of growth and learning. At Saigon Technology, his career was promoted rapidly from a technical role to a management role, and he made a great contribution to winning many contracts with several important clients that boosted the company's expansion during the Covid pandemic and contributed to the revenue stream of 2,5 million dollars in the 5 years he worked at Saigon Technology. 

One of his notable accomplishments was effectively developing 10+ offshore dedicated teams for customers across multiple continents, assisting them in establishing appropriate software development processes and deciding the tools and infrastructure to fit to their specific demands. Furthermore, Ba Pham found Saigon Technology to be a friendly atmosphere that enabled him to play an essential role and realize his potential through a variety of difficulties.

Phuong Tran is a Project Manager at Saigon Technology. Phuong has over 9 years of experience in the IT industry and more than 4 years of project management expertise. He also possesses a PMP certificate, which confirms his project management skills and understanding.

Phuong joined Saigon Technology in 2014 as a developer and has subsequently advanced to team leader and project manager. He has worked on several projects for a variety of clients and areas. He enjoys leading teams and delivering high-quality goods that fulfil the expectations and needs of his clients.

As a member of Saigon Technology, Phuong is glad to announce that he has received several awards and recognitions throughout his career. In 2017, he was named Best Employee of the Year for his remarkable work and commitment to the firm. He also got the Manager of the Quarter award twice in 2022 for his outstanding leadership and management abilities.

Dat Phan will begin working for Saigon Technology in February 2022. Dat Phan, one of Saigon Technology's experienced managers, has 6 years of experience working in the Software Project Management sector with multinational clients from Japan, Singapore, Australia, Finland, and the United States.

He graduated from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University with a major in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, but due to his strong self-study abilities, he has researched and studied on his own, focusing on Data Analysis and Machine Learning. Dat Phan is also fluent in three languages: Vietnamese, English, and Japanese. Dat Phan's daily efforts and dedication have helped the organization reach several accomplishments and job effectiveness.

Phu Phan began working with Saigon Technology in March 2018. His educational background is a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. 

Phu has over 5 years of experience in the IT business. During that time, he worked on a variety of projects for clients from all over the world, including Australia, Singapore, and the United States. During his 5-year working at Saigon Technology, he has had numerous opportunities for personal and professional development. 

Phu expressed his gratitude to his skilled teammates, who have become mentors and friends, for their support and assistance. Their knowledge has enabled him to constantly study and acquire new skills. Thien Nguyen started with Saigon Technology in November 2020. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Industrial University of HCM City (IUH). With over 8 years of software industry experience in numerous firms, including 5 years as a software engineer, 3 years as a team leader, and 2 years as a Project Manager. 

Thien Nguyen is a pleasant, fun individual who can assist everyone on the team in developing both their professional and soft abilities. He spent nearly two years at Saigon Technology working with young individuals of varied personalities. They are like a blazing torch that ignites youth's passion and drive.

Huy Bui started as a Team Leader and was promoted to Project Coordinator at Saigon Technology in April 2019. Huy has 8 years of expertise in this industry and collaborates with other talented engineers. 

After 4 years at Saigon Technology, Huy made a concerted effort to produce high-quality results and received recognition from international clients. Furthermore, Huy's leadership is one of his strengths; he has built a solid team and will continue to grow in the future.

Tien Nguyen works as a project coordinator at Saigon Technology, a leading software development firm in Vietnam that offers unique solutions for a variety of businesses and sectors. 

In April 2020, he began his job as a business analyst and swiftly developed knowledge and competencies in several domains such as supply chain management, facilitation, and healthcare. In January 2021, he was promoted to project coordinator, and he has since led and managed projects with efficiency and expertise. 

He is a devoted and dependable team member who consistently produces high-quality results and exceeds client expectations. For his remarkable work, he has received various awards and recognitions, including Staff of the Quarter in 2022 and Manager of the Quarter in 2023. He is also enthusiastic in learning new technology and abilities to advance his profession.

Linh Pham began working at Saigon Technology on September 3, 2020. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering with a concentration in Software Architect. His previous position was that of Senior.Net Developer.  Linh Pham has 11 years of experience working in a range of industries, including Fintech, Healthcare, and the E-learning Domain... Linh Pham has also worked with clients from Canada, the United States, and Australia. 

Linh Pham was well-liked by many employees at Saigon Technology after working there for nearly two years. He earned the Staff of the Year 2022 award from the entire staff. Furthermore, he established his expertise and skill by working on a variety of projects that utilized a variety of technologies and platforms.

Quy Truong joined Saigon Technology in February 2019. He is also one of the first four Saigon Technology members in the Danang area. Quy Truong has quickly demonstrated a lot of potential in the field and has significant professional understanding from the beginning.

He has over 9 years of experience working with clients from across the world. He has established a wide range of domain skills, including e-commerce platforms, financial services, education, ERP, and multimedia systems. Quy Truong has earned the trust of numerous superiors because of his extensive experience and competent work style. He was selected as Staff of the Year 2019 and is a vital member of many major projects in the company. Quy Truong is a person who can swiftly study and improve his knowledge. He has experience in the majority of software development procedures.

Hieu Tran joined Saigon Technology in the winter of 2019 and quickly immersed himself in the company's wonderful culture. His major is an Engineering of Computer Network & Communication Faculty from the University of Information Technology - Vietnam National University HCMC (2007-2012). However, he was drawn to the Design and Multimedia fields. 

From photographer to cameraman to video editor to digital marketer in a range of sectors. When he worked as a Web Designer and Front-end Developer for a Japan Outsourcing Company, his career path shifted. He gained not just a nice attitude but also work discipline from the Japanese there. 

Hieu has over 9 years of UX/UI Design experience and has had many opportunities to work on a variety of projects and products in a variety of industries such as healthcare, finance, newsstands & magazines, cooperation, and so on in general, and 4 years work experience at Saigon Technology in particular. Hieu Tran is now leading and directing a team of 20 team members.

Hieu Tran understands how to create Web or Mobile applications for a range of platforms, including iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Kindle. He recognized the significance of the significant distinction between iOS/macOS design, Material design, and One-flat design.  Even though Hieu Tran recognizes that managing people is challenging, he always strives to master new management skills in order to establish a professional team. Hieu Tran is currently vastly developing himself after overcoming numerous hurdles.

In April 2017, Vien Nguyen began working at Saigon Technology. He has been with the business for a considerable amount of time and has experienced several phases of its development, from the early years of expansion to the present growth. Senior iOS and Mobile Tech Lead are the two of the jobs Vien Nguyen has held. His ability to have wide professional knowledge is much valued.

With over 8 years of experience, Vien Nguyen's contribution helps Saigon Technology develop the management team more and more solidly. For him, Saigon Technology is a place where he may learn and nurture fresh expertise from colleagues as well as many consumers.

Nhut Nguyen began working for Saigon Technology in August of 2019. He graduated from the University of Science - VNUHCM (HCMUS), Vietnam's most prominent university. After only one year of hard work and dedication, he progressed through levels from senior software engineer to persuasive Technical Manager. He is currently directing his team as a Java Tech Lead to deliver the required work results.

Nhut Nguyen has been and continues to be one of the brightest members of the company's management team when it comes to bringing remarkable work productivity after 12 years of experience working in the information technology firm. He has worked on projects such as Topicus, Colonial Surety, Plutus, and Happy Money. Nhut Nguyen is regarded as a very warm and open manager, and his sociability, eloquence, and intimacy excite his employees.

During his nearly four years at Saigon Technology, his efforts and commitment have been recognized with awards such as Manager of the Quarter (I) in 2022, Manager of the Quarter (III)) in 2022, and Manager of the Year 2022.

Tai Vo began working at Saigon Technology in June, 2020. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology. With over 11 years of experience in the IT business working with a wide range of customers, he has developed an abundance of knowledge and abilities that make him a great .Net Tech Lead at Saigon Technology.

He was awarded the Golden Saigon Techies Awards. His belief is that Saigon Technology created an environment in which he could work together with talented engineers and achieve excellent results for a variety of projects.

Hong Hoang joined Saigon Technology in September 2017 and has many years of experience to persist with and make significant contributions to the company's development. Hong Hoang has vast experience in the field of information technology and has worked with global customers. He is currently the React Native Tech Lead and oversees a team of 13 members.

Hong Hoang's outstanding professional ability has earned him the trust of not only employees but also superiors. He was awarded Staff of the Month in January 2018 and Staff of the Month in July 2018. Hong Hoang is regarded as a person with powerful qualities of leadership who prioritizes job efficiency.

Tien Do joined Saigon Technology in November, 2019. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Information Technology. During his 9 years of experience in the IT sector, he has acquired a wide range of abilities in his area of expertise.

Phong Le began his career with Saigon Technology in early 2022. He graduated with a degree in computer science from Danang University of Technology. Phong Le has 6 years of experience in information technology and specializes in Python, AI/ML/DL. He is currently working as the AI Tech Lead at Saigon Technology.

In addition to his Tech Lead role, Phong Le is a frequent speaker at big events. For example, the largest technology festival in the central area - DevDay Da Nang held in 2023. Many people respect him for his professionalism and efficiency at work.

Hong Le specializes in Test Automation and Performance Testing at Saigon Technology, applying various approaches and tools to optimize test activities. During his 15 years of experience in Software Testing for many platforms, he has demonstrated numerous skills in test manual and automation, test management, and software quality improvement. 

He actively investigates ways to improve testing processes and efficiency, with a focus on resolving complicated challenges and decreasing risks. Hong Le demonstrates natural leadership characteristics and a commitment to staying up to date with the latest tools and frameworks whether leading a team or working individually. 

Hong Le's passion is driven by his commitment to creating high-quality software and exceeding client expectations. Saigon Technology has aided his progress by providing opportunities for personal and professional development. He is keen to continue on this path, ready to learn new technologies and contribute to the organization's success.

In 2021, Khoa Hoang joined Saigon Technology. His major at Hue University of Sciences is Information Technology. Khoa has 9-year expertise in the IT field in general, and software testing in particular. Khoa has been acknowledged as a hardworking person at Saigon Technology for over 3 years. He is always focused on his responsibilities and contributes significantly to the growth of the company.

Phuong Bui joined Saigon Technology in April, 2018. Phuong Bui earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology. With over 7 years of experience working with overseas customers in industries such as e-commerce, Fintech, B2B..., he has gained a wealth of knowledge and abilities that make him a valuable Tech Lead at Saigon Technology.

He got the Staff of the Month Award 2019 and one of the highlights of his work at Saigon Technology was growing a team from 7 to 20 individuals in 1.5 years. Saigon Technology, in his opinion, is a place where he could acquire knowledge, professional abilities, and soft skills.

Phuong Bui

Since February, 2019 , Nguyen Tran has been an official member of Saigon Technology. He is currently the company's ReactJS/NodeJS Tech Lead, and he is admired and trusted by many staffs. With over 10 years of experience in web application development, he has managed a team of employees to investigate, construct, and execute significant enterprise projects. He was also one of the initial employees at the Da Nang office.

He has been with Saigon Technology since the office first opened with only four employees, and the branch now employs 100 staff members. He obtained the award for Manager of the Year 2022 with honor.

Nguyen Tran

Ngoc Tran began his career as a software engineer at Saigon Technology in 2020. He held a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from FPT University and had worked in the software sector for 10 years. 

He worked on a variety of projects utilizing multiple technologies and platforms, demonstrating his experience and professionalism. He also received assistance and comments from his classmates and leaders. After a few years at Saigon Technology, he enjoyed the company's culture and goals, which encouraged creativity and quality. 

He advanced in his profession and eventually became a .NET Technical Lead, in charge of leading a team of software developers and providing high-quality solutions. He is happy to be a member of Saigon Technology and looks forward to furthering his career.

Kien embarked on his journey with Saigon Technology in February 2020. With a degree in IT and a specialization in computer networking from HUTECH, his role benefits from a solid educational background. Before joining Saigon Technology, Kien accumulated valuable experience in the field, having held various positions such as recruitment support, IT headhunter, and HR Executive. These roles provided him with a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition and the IT industry. With over 9 years of experience in the recruitment field, he has actively participated in diverse projects, collaborating with various clients and teams. These experiences have honed his ability to identify top talent while fostering strong teamwork skills. Working alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds, Kien appreciates the value of effective collaboration and communication in achieving shared objectives. His journey at Saigon Technology has been an extraordinary one, witnessing the company's growth from a team of approximately 200 individuals to a thriving organization of over 500 employees. Throughout this transformative period, Kien cherishes the memories of overcoming challenges alongside his fellow team members in the Talent Acquisition Department.

Phuoc Nguyen is a Talent Acquisition Leader with over three years of experience at Saigon Technology from Jun 2020. As a seasoned professional in the talent acquisition field, he has a proven track record of identifying and hiring top-tier talent for various departments within the organization.

He has gained a thorough understanding of the recruitment process, from finding and screening candidates to negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires, over the course of his career. Phuoc is dedicated to providing a great applicant experience and attracting the best people in the business. 

In his current position, he collaborates closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their personnel requirements and build specialized recruitment tactics to satisfy those requirements. Phuoc excels at identifying and engaging top talent through multiple recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals. He was also an excellent communicator and collaborator, able to establish relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to guarantee a seamless and productive hiring process.

Lan Anh started working at Saigon Technology from June 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Lead. With 3 more members in the recruitment team, Lan Anh has made a great contribution to doubling the number of employees of the Da Nang office, reaching more than 100 talented employees at present. And more than that, it can be proudly said that all members of Saigon Technology are high-quality human resources, the top talents of the market that every IT company wants to have and every recruiter wants to hunt. One of the worthy recognitions for Lan Anh's efforts and dedication during her time with Saigon Technology is the Manger of the Summer 2022 award.

Lan Anh has about 8 years of experience, spanning many fields before officially falling in love with recruitment. It can be said that Saigon Technology is the place that has created the conditions for Lan Anh to develop and stick with this recruitment field. Graduating with a Master of Business Administration with solid knowledge is also one of the advantages to help Lan Anh achieve her current job. Van began her journey with Saigon Technology in April 2022, stepping into the role of HR Executive. Since then, she currently holds the position of HRE Lead within the HR Department.

Van's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Agricultural Economics and Finance from Hue City. Her professional journey spans over 6 years, during which she has amassed a wealth of knowledge and skills in administration and human resources.

Her tenure at Saigon Technology has been marked by a multitude of opportunities that allowed her to take on diverse tasks. These experiences have not only enriched her skill set but also provided her with valuable insights. Throughout this journey, Van has made significant contributions to both her team and the overall success of the company.
