JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze requirements and understand user needs.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct research and usability testing to improve user experience.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and maintain design systems.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent user interfaces.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QC.
- Present design solutions and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Support implementation and perform design reviews to ensure quality.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute ideas to enhance product usability and design processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
- Proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and usability best practices.
- Ability to translate requirements into user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve design productivity and workflows is preferred.
- Experience working with Graphic tools, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
- Strong written and verbal communication English skills.
- UI/UX design portfolio to demonstrate the capabilities.
