JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, CMC Cloud) to ensure system availability, security, and performance.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, and enterprise access management solutions.
- Manage endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune and maintain endpoint security using Microsoft Defender.
- Maintain virtualization and on-premise infrastructure, including VMware/Proxmox, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
- Monitor system health, security events, and infrastructure performance; troubleshoot and resolve incidents when required.
- Develop automation scripts and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Support information security initiatives, compliance activities, and continuous infrastructure improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure, or IT Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.
- Experience administering VMware environments and Windows Server services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO).
- Good knowledge of Linux systems and container technologies (Docker).
- Experience with scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Good understanding of IT security, access management, and infrastructure best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ISO 27001 environments.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust security concepts
