JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure monitoring tools are on-line and providing necessary alerting to provide notification of events/incidents/problems.
- Perform shift turnover functions and ensure the next shift has knowledge of all outages, notifications, and tasks needed to complete shift responsibilities.
- Performs varied aspects of administering, operating, and maintaining a computer network composed of Windows Server.
- Work within a team & communicate effectively across teams
- Implement assigned tasks from client/manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Have strong experience with Window Server
- Experience with SQL Server
Experience with Active Directory - Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, NetFlow, SNMP and internet protocols.
- Perform shift turnover functions and ensure the next shift has knowledge of all outages, notifications, and tasks needed to complete shift responsibilities.
- Willing to work Tuesday to Saturday, from 12AM to 6AM
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Azure cloud service
- VMware knowledge preferred
