Senior Project Manager

• Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Vietnam Time, ICT / UTC+7)
• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple concurrent software projects across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering Leads to define project scope, technical approach, implementation roadmap, and delivery milestones.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, and ensure deliverables align with business goals and measurable success metrics.
• Conduct regular project health reviews to evaluate delivery quality, schedule, budget, team performance, and overall project risks.
• Facilitate Agile delivery by leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across software development, quality assurance, DevOps, product, and design to ensure effective collaboration and predictable delivery.
• Manage communication with clients, business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and external technology partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee deployment readiness, production releases, post-launch stabilization, and ongoing transition to operational support.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support solution implementation activities, including system integration, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Leverage project metrics and product insights to monitor progress, evaluate performance, and support informed decision-making.
• Prepare regular project reports, communicate project status, highlight risks and dependencies, and provide recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
• Coach and mentor project team members while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

MUST HAVE

• 10+ years of experience managing software development, digital transformation, or enterprise technology projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale software solutions in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of project planning, resource management, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
• Practical knowledge of product management practices, including roadmap planning, user persona development, backlog management, feature prioritization, and customer-focused product development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, sprint planning, backlog refinement, release management, and continuous delivery.
• Experience managing projects involving modern technology stacks such as React, Node.js, .NET, mobile applications, cloud-native solutions, APIs, and microservices-based architectures.
• Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms) to support product and project decisions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed, cross-functional, or offshore teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English (equivalent IELTS 6+)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience delivering software solutions within FinTech, financial services, banking, retail, or SaaS industries.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of UX research, Design Thinking, product discovery, customer journey mapping, and prototyping processes.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent credentials.
• MBA or other postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
