JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure on modern cloud platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, analytics, product) to develop end-to-end data pipelines.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
- Establish and enforce data quality and governance standards while promoting DevOps practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code).
- Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to enable BI, advanced analytics, and machine learning use cases.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of Power BI experience, delivering impactful dashboards and reports
- Strong in data modeling (star schema, dimensional modeling)
- Advanced DAX skills (CALCULATE, FILTER, ALL, time intelligence)
- Solid understanding of relationships (cardinality, filter direction)
- Strong SQL (CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)
- Experience with Performance Analyzer and report optimization
- Able to explain data modeling decisions clearly to stakeholders
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with Snowflake or cloud data warehouses
- Familiar with DBT
- Knowledge of Python / PySpark
- Experience with Power BI RLS
- Hands-on with Tabular Editor / DAX Studio
- Exposure to Deployment Pipelines / BI DevOps
- Understanding of Data Vault 2.0 or Medallion Architecture
