JOB DESCRIPTION

Hands-on Testing (Manual & Automation)
- Work directly on projects as a Senior QC engineer.
- Write and execute manual test cases, identify bugs, and report issues clearly.
- Design and maintain automation test scripts for web/API/mobile using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
- Contribute to the setup of automation frameworks and CI pipelines for test automation.
Team Management & Technical Leadership
- Define, implement, and continuously improve testing processes, standards, and best practices.
- Assign QC members to projects based on their skillsets and the needs of each project.
- Review and approve test strategies, test cases, and test results from team members.
- Conduct test case and bug review sessions to ensure coverage and quality.
- Monitor overall team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and propose improvement or transition plans when necessary.
Recruitment & Training
- Take part in recruitment of QC engineers across different levels.
- Design and conduct onboarding and technical training programs.
- Develop and execute mentorship and coaching programs to junior and mid-level testers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MUST HAVE

At least 7 years of testing/QC experience, including at least 2 years in a leading role.
Proven experience with both manual and automation testing.
Solid knowledge of test planning, test design, test execution, and defect lifecycle.
Strong hands-on experience with one or more automation frameworks/tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium.
Strong hands-on experience in API testing with Postman or similar
Experience with one or more automation test/bug management tools: TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, Jira, ClickUp
Experience in performance testing using JMeter, K6
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluent in English communication

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in security testing
ISTQB or relevant certification
Experience in domains: Healthcare, FinTech
