JOB DESCRIPTION
- Is responsible for the continuous standardization of network-related implementation and policies.
- Developing, optimizing and monitor the network system to meet the development needs of the Company and Clients
- Develop, implement and control processes and controlling measures to ensure information security according to ISO 9001:27001
- Report system status to manager & propose solutions to handle if necessary. Including upgrade/repair/replacement to ensure stable operation of the system.
- Helpdesk endusers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in network operations or IT infrastructure support
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6 addressing, subnetting, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, and access points via CLI (Cisco IOS or equivalent), including VLAN, trunking, and static routing
- Practical experience with LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and structured cabling (patch panel, rack management, cable termination)
- Troubleshooting skills using ping, tracert, nslookup, ipconfig
- Windows OS support and basic macOS support; ticket handling and technical documentation
- Willingness to work on-site, on shift, or on-call when required
Nice to have:
- CCNA certification (or in progress)
- Experience with firewall rules, ACL, and VPN (site-to-site / remote access)
- Familiarity with OSPF or other dynamic routing protocols
- Exposure to network monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds) and basic Linux
- Awareness of common cybersecurity threats and mitigation practices
- Good English reading/writing for technical documentation
