JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and execute the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and consistent new hire experience.
- Implement the performance appraisal and employee feedback survey processes; collect, analyze results, and propose improvements.
- Support the implementation and communication of company policies and internal regulations, ensuring compliance and understanding across the organization.
- Handle the employee termination process in accordance with company policies and labor regulations, ensuring proper documentation and professionalism.
- Administer and coordinate the healthcare insurance program for employees.
- Maintain, update, and manage employee records accurately, securely, and in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and activities aimed at employee engagement and retention.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience as HR Executive.
- Experience in employee relations.
- English communication.
- Detail-oriented person.
