JOB DESCRIPTION

Teaching & Coaching:
-
Conduct 2 one-on-one sessions per week per employee, each lasting 30 minutes.

Customize lesson plans focused on practical English communication in a business context.

Enhance verbal fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and situational expression relevant to job functions.

Progress Tracking:
-
Monitor individual progress and identify areas for improvement.
-
Tailor learning plans based on individual proficiency and development pace.

Reporting:
-
Provide weekly progress updates to the HR Manager.
-
Recommend additional support or highlight employees showing significant progress.

Support for Employee Evaluation Process:
-
Align lesson content with expected communication performance during internal evaluations.
-
Design mock interviews and simulated workplace scenarios in English as preparation tools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in English Language, TESOL, English Education, or a related field, IELTS at least: 7.5 (Certification attached is required)

Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English communication to working professionals.

Prior experience with one-on-one coaching or corporate training is highly preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills, motivational teaching style, and adaptability to various learning levels
