JOB DESCRIPTION

Design and manage Kubernetes Helm charts and CI/CD pipelines for secure, scalable rollouts.

Operate and secure Linux-based infrastructure, optimizing performance, availability, and compliance.

Build observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.

Manage MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and object storage platforms (S3, MinIO).

Configure and support networking, Ingress controllers, and service mesh as needed.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar.

Automate infrastructure deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CDK.

Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack, or Splunk.

Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production incidents effectively.

Collaborate with Product and QA on release readiness, load testing, and HA strategies.

Proactively identify technical gaps in existing solution designs, conduct research and development to propose improvements, and take the lead in executing and implementing the recommended solutions.

Ensure systems adhere to security best practices, perform security assessments, and apply patches proactively.

Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior DevOps team members.
-
Act as a technical consultant for clients, offering strategic advice, technical expertise, and tailored solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE:
- Experience with public cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with following languages: powershell script, bash script
- Experience with at least one of programming languages: Java, .NET, NodeJS, Python...
- Experience with databases, for example PostgresSQL and/or MS SQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or another container based system
- Experience with monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus
- Experience with IaC tools: Terraform, Cloudformation, Pulumi
- Experience with logging system
- Security-focused mindset: patch management, OS hardening, and compliance

Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP , DNS, firewalls, load balancers)

Self-Driven mindset, with a sense of ownership, continuous improvement, and staying ahead of the latest best practices
- MUST be good at verbal/non verbal English
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experienced with message broker, queue like RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis
- Experience with one of the following tools: Ansible, Team City, Github Action
- Willing to work over the weekend to when production server have issues
- Experience to migrate on-premise system into cloud
