Lead Management

Handle inbound leads from website, marketing, SEO, events, and outreach

Qualify leads (MQL/SQL) based on needs, budget, and timeline

Update and manage lead information in CRM

Nurture leads into sales opportunities
Early-stage Customer Engagement
-
Communicate with prospects to understand business needs
-
Provide initial consulting on engagement models (ODC, Fixed, T&M, BOT)
-
Handle inquiries and support pre-sales activities
-
Coordinate discovery sessions with PMO and technical teams
Sales Coordination & Handover
-
Prepare and hand over qualified opportunities to Sales
-
Support NDA signing and meeting arrangements
-
Ensure information continuity throughout the sales process
Deal Closing Support
-
Support proposal preparation and negotiation
-
Coordinate internally to facilitate contract signing
-
Ensure sales commitments align with delivery capability
Client Relationship Management
-
Maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects
-
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
-
Collect client feedback and market insights
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
-
Work with Marketing on lead quality and market feedback
-
Coordinate with PMO on sales–delivery alignment
-
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar roles in B2B.

Good English skills (written & spoken) for daily communication
-
Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM systems, email & outreach tools
-
Basic understanding of B2B sales / lead qualification (MQL, SQL)

Strong communication, consulting, and teamwork skills
-
Experience in data entry, CRM updates, and reporting
-
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, PMO)
-
IT / software industry knowledge or experiences international market is a plus
