JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support PM in pre-sales process by analyzing, clarifying, and understanding what clients are looking for, then working closely with developers/technical leaders to provide solution overviews, writing proposals, and presenting them to client
- Design mock-up, wireframe, diagram by using Figma, Invision, Mockflow...
- Gather business and system requirements from Product Owner
- Assist PO in defining requirements and suggest ideas
- Assist team in knowledge transfer of existing system
- Create system requirements documents
- Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Fluent in English (IELTS 6+)
- Have at least 2 years of Business Analyst experience in web application projects
- Experience in reading, analysing, developing diagrams (UML)
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in working with Agile model
- Have PSM I or PSM II certificates
- Experience with mockup design tools: Moqups, Mockflow, Wireframe
- Experience with RDBMS: MySQL/PostgresQL/MSSQL/Oracle
- Experience with Fintech, Heathcare domain
